Shipping policy

 

Based in Canada, all orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. After checkout, once the order is confirmed you will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above CA$120.00. Free Shipping is eligible for orders of a subtotal of $120 or more (before taxes and after any discount codes). This is automatically applied during checkout if you qualify.

 

CANADA SHIPPING RATES 

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) - $13

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES 

Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days) - $18

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Please allow up to 2 additional business days on top of delivery times for order processing and verification. Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match, as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays. Due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may SELL OUT before a certain item is processed.   If special shipping instructions are required, such as to an APO / AFO, or certain international destinations, please contact us in advance for arrangement.  We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice to ensure the most reliable and secure shipping method available. Adverciety is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

 

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. Adverciety is not responsible for lost or stolen items upon delivery. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
